I have kept Lionhead's for about four years and have recently started breeding. I bought my first doe, Giselle, in 2007 after doing a little research into the breed and instantly falling in love with them. Giselle is a Bew (blue eyed white) We went on to buy another two, which are my Daughter's pets, a Buck and a Doe - Florry and Coda. So far we have had 2 successful litters with absolutely adorable kits! We are breeding again in time for the spring and have some new additions to experiment with - Aslan and Frankie. The two bunnies pictured are from Giselle's second litter, they are 13 weeks old here and have now been happily rehomed! We breed our Bunnies in a healthy, happy environment. We now have two new Bunny's which are the last to added to our herd! - Stryder and Belladora which will be the start of our bew breeding programme, watch this space!
II am working on Breeding Bunny's that I can show and will be concentrating on BEW, Fawn, Orange, Black and possibly Sealpoint. I sometimes have kits for sale that I do not wish to use in my breeding programme. These babies are well socialised and handled so make lovely friendly pets.

My Doe's are very happy to let us in to see their newborn which means that the kits are handled everyday from birth, making them friendly, sociable and ready to home at 8 weeks. |
